Hi! I'm Kim! I live in Enon, Ohio. I'm currently teaching 3rd grade and going to graduate school for my Master's in Education. Iam striving to lose weight, and am going to make 2008 the year that I get hott!
Hi! I am Kat. I currently live in Delaware, Ohio and am a student getting a masters in counseling. I am trying to lose weight to look and feel better. I want to be more healthy and help inspire my family to do the same.
My twin sister and I are doing this challenge so we can look good together! Doing this together is very important. Being identical twins, we were formed together and now we are changing our forms together!

KAT KAT KAT KAT

I lost another pound. Honestly, I have no idea how that happened. I think it is because I have been drinking a lot more water lately and running after my crazy dog since she has been going stir crazy being stuck in the house. I haven't been medically allowed to work out for the past few days. I developled a blood clot in my arm and they didn't want it to loosen and cause be internal bleeding. I am getting better though and will be able to work out again soon. My dog has been relishing the extra attention though. Smile

Kat's turn

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! I know its been a while. I have been working super hard to get that pound off that I gained. I did and lost one more. I havent lost that much weight and its like my body doesn't want to lose anymore. Grrrr. I am going to keep at it though. I have been making my own sub sandwiches. I use fresh vegetables, lowfat turkey and mayo and enjoy myself. It's good stuff and very filling.
 
We are having a blizzard here in Ohio and I feel like I am going to be stuck in my apartment for a few days (with my hyper dog, no less!). I am looking forward to it as an opportunity to work out a lot more and get some more homework done for my classes. My dog has been super hyper lately and I have been having to chase her around the apartment constantly. It gives me a good opportunity to exercise some more. ALWAYS LOOK UP!!!!

Hey- its Kim <><

Hey! So I decided to do something about my not eating enough problem. I joined Weight Watchers online. I've only been on it for 2 days, but I think its a really nice program. Unlike LA Weightloss, everything I eat is on plan, as long as I count the points. I even ate a slice of cheesecake yesterday and counted it in my points (and I did not go over!). I just think that is so cool.
 My trainer has been kicking my butt. He has made me do exercises I never knew I could do. Like hold my body weight up by my arms while doing leg lifts. Its insane. I know I am building muscle, but I am tired of not losing the pounds. I'm hoping that my body can level out with all this exercising so the pounds can start coming off again.

Feeling horrible

I gained a pound. I feel absolutely horrible about it. I feel like I let myself, my partner, and everyone who ever complimented me on the way I look down. It's horrible. I havent eaten like I should these past few weeks and I should be exercising more. I definitely need some encouragement here.

Am I eating enough?

 I am losing weight very slowly. It could be because I am gaining muscle from working out at the gym. However, the trainer at the gym asked me if I was eating enough calories. I replied that I thought I was. My dietician a few months ago told me to eat between 1200-1600 calories a day. This was when I was going to Curves 3 times a week and walking 3 times a week. Now I am going to Curves 3 times a week, weight training 3 times a week, and walking 2 times a week. Am I eating enough? Is 1200-1600 calories enough? What do you think?
